The 2021 Billboard Music Award is a “big night” for the South Korea septet, BTS as they bagged 4 awards out of its 4 nominations.
Their single “Dynamite” is the Top Selling song beating other English language nominees “I Hope” by Gabby Barret and Charlie Puth, “WAP” by Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion, “Blinding Lights” by The Weeknd and “Savage by Megan Thee Stallion ft. Beyonce.
BTS also won as Top Duo/Group beating other nominees AC/DC, AJR, Dan + Shay and Maroon 5. The South Korean superstars also bagged the Top Song Sales Artist Award beating Justin Bieber, Megan Thee Stallion, Morgan Wallen and the most awarded artist of the night, The Weeknd.
Of course, ARMYs are on full support of their idols as BTS also won the Top Social Artist based on fan votes. They won against fellow Kpop star nominees Seventeen and BLACKPINK. Also nominated in this category are the Filipino boy group SB19 and Ariana Grande.
This is indeed BTS’ big night, proving that music has no language, and of course showing to the whole world that they are the biggest boy group in this generation.
